These terms apply to the Easy Apply apps, this website and Easy Apply Premium, provided by Dharmendra Singh (sole proprietor), trading as Easy Apply by ScalePartner (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Easy Apply helps you apply to jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed from your own device, in your own logged-in browser session. It opens job listings, types saved answers into application forms and records what you applied to. It never submits an application for you — you review every form and press Next/Submit yourself.

2. Your accounts on job sites

You use your own LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed accounts and remain responsible for complying with those sites’ terms. Keep daily volumes reasonable (the app’s daily caps help). We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, LinkedIn, Naukri or Indeed.

3. Premium

• ₹49 for 3 months (90 days), paid once via Razorpay; no auto-renewal.
• Premium adds AI-suggested answers and answers generated from your resume. AI answers can be wrong — you must check every answer before you submit; you are responsible for what you submit.
• Fair use: up to 2,000 AI answers per day per account.
• Refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Easy Apply to submit false information, to spam employers, to access accounts that aren’t yours, or to break any law. We may suspend Premium for abuse, with a pro-rata refund if the suspension isn’t due to your breach.

5. No guarantee

We don’t guarantee interviews, jobs or that a job site will keep working with the app (sites change their pages). The service is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

6. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction. Questions: mdharm4air.fm@gmail.com.
