Dharmendra Singh (sole proprietor), trading as Easy Apply by ScalePartner runs Easy Apply. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Profile details the app reads from your own logged-in job-site profile: name, email, phone, location, experience.
• Your resume, if you have one on the job site, so forms can be filled and (Premium) answers generated.
• Questions and answers from application forms you submitted, so the same question is filled next time.
• Applications: job title, company and date of each job you applied to, and the device type (Mac/Windows/Android).
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID and status — never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Email, if you sign in with an email code on the website.

We do not collect your job-site passwords; you log in inside the app’s own browser and the session stays on your device.

Why we use it

To fill your applications, show your history and statistics, provide Premium, handle payments and support, and keep the service secure. The public leaderboards on this site show only a shortened name (e.g. “Priya S.”) and counts — never contact details, job titles or companies.

Who processes it

• MongoDB Atlas (database) and Oracle Cloud (server and resume file storage).
• Razorpay (payments). Vercel (this website).
• OpenAI (Premium AI answers and resume answers): the question, relevant profile/resume facts and past answers are sent to OpenAI to produce an answer. Our OpenAI account shares API data with OpenAI to improve their models, so this data may be used by OpenAI for that purpose. If you don’t want this, don’t use Premium AI answers.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while you use Easy Apply. You can ask us to access, correct or delete it at any time by emailing mdharm4air.fm@gmail.com; we act on requests within 30 days. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.
